Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nail Specialist to provide high-quality nail treatments and services.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in providing exceptional manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide manicures and pedicures to clients with the highest level of precision and professionalism.
  • Recommend various nail designs and nail art to enhance clients' beauty.
  • Evaluate clients' nail health and advise on proper nail care and suitable treatments.
  • Maintain the highest level of sanitation and hygiene when handling nail instruments and equipment.
  • Offer expert hand and feet treatments for ultimate relaxation and pampering.
  • Share valuable tips and advice on how to strengthen nails and make manicures/pedicures last longer.
  • Upsell relevant beauty products and treatments to clients as needed.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) with certification in Nails is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Nail Extension, preferably with a Trainer background.
  • Expertise in delivering precise and professional applications of nail Gel extension and acrylic is essential.
  • Strong patience and steady hands are required to perform tasks accurately.
  • Ability to apply impeccable nail polish application techniques (Classic/French/Gel Polish) is necessary.
  • Detail-oriented, highly technical, and meticulous individuals with a high level of accuracy are sought after.
  • Proficiency in cuticle work, shaping, and foot rasping/foot spa is required.
  • Artistic flair and excellent eyesight are essential qualities for this role.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities is crucial.
  • Knowledgeable in the latest techniques and market trends is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for a demanding customer-focused working environment.
  • Willingness to learn, improve, and adapt to new situations is highly valued.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
