Job Overview

A senior claims professional is required to lead the examination of damaged vehicles, investigate losses, and manage policyholders, insured drivers, TP claimants, workshops, and business partners.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring delivery of existing service level agreements and loss assessment of auto claims.
• Deliver best-in-class assistance to insureds throughout the claims process, directing cases to satisfactory resolutions.
• Supervise motor claims surveyors to ensure service delivery of the Oman claims department.
• Ensure accurate and timely motor repair estimation from agencies and garages in accordance with claims survey reports.
• Finalize motor surveyor reports and repair authorizations within set timelines.
• Deliver prompt and equitable claims settlements.
• Maintain close coordination with agencies, garages, and brokers to achieve optimal results.
