Key Responsibilities:

  1. Equine Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation: Provide comprehensive care for equine athletes with a focus on maximizing performance and minimizing injury risk.
  2. Equine Internal Medicine: Evaluate and manage complex medical cases, including colic, respiratory, and metabolic disorders, requiring advanced diagnostic skills and a deep understanding of equine physiology.
  3. Equine Surgery: Perform a range of surgical procedures, including wound management and castration, prioritizing patient safety and well-being while ensuring optimal outcomes.
  4. Equine Diagnostic Imaging: Utilize advanced imaging techniques, such as ultrasound and radiography, to diagnose and guide medical interventions, enhancing the accuracy of diagnoses and treatment plans.
  5. Equine Breeding: Ensure the reproductive health and fertility of mares and stallions through thorough breeding soundness exams and artificial insemination services, supporting the success of breeding programs.

Job Requirements:

  1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree, with a strong foundation in equine medicine and surgery, enabling graduates to provide high-quality patient care.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in equine veterinary practice, demonstrating expertise in equine medicine and surgery, and a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care.
  3. A valid veterinary practice license from the country of origin, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards, guaranteeing public trust and confidence.
  4. A clean civil record, verifying trustworthiness and integrity, essential for maintaining professional reputation and credibility.
