Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our team at TAT IT Technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using cross-platform technologies like Flutter. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile apps that provide a seamless user experience.

The role requires a passion for mobile technologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using cross-platform technologies like Flutter.
  2. Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver top-tier mobile apps that meet business objectives and user requirements.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate future development and knowledge sharing within the team.
  4. Develop and optimize intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, ensuring the app adheres to modern design principles and delivers a seamless user experience.
  5. Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure the app functions smoothly across a variety of devices and OS versions.
  6. Optimize application performance by improving memory, CPU, and network usage to ensure quick and responsive experiences for end-users.
  7. Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile development, and bring innovative ideas to enhance product offerings.
  8. Assist with app deployment, handle app store submissions, monitor app performance post-launch, and perform regular updates and bug fixes to maintain the app's functionality.
  9. Collaborate with backend developers to design, implement, and integrate APIs that seamlessly connect the mobile app with backend services.
  10. Work with backend systems and Oracle databases, focusing on optimization, query writing, and ensuring efficient data flow.
  11. Ensure all applications meet security standards and deliver optimal performance in terms of speed, stability, and user experience.
  12. Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers and helping to improve overall code quality and team development practices.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in mobile app development for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Java/Kotlin). Experience with cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin is highly preferred.
  2. Familiarity with mobile development frameworks and IDEs, such as Xcode, Android Studio, Flutter, and React Native.
  3. A deep understanding of mobile design principles, user experience, and best practices for building intuitive, visually appealing apps.
  4. Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services through RESTful APIs and handling JSON data.
  5. Proficiency in Git and other version control systems for team collaboration and code management.
  6. Hands-on experience with Flutter for building efficient, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications.
  7. Familiarity with backend technologies, such as Node.js, Django, or similar, is a plus.
  8. Strong experience with Oracle databases, including schema design, query optimization, and efficient data management.
  9. A solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best development practices.
  10. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Firebase, or similar is a bonus.
  11. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  12. Familiarity with mobile performance optimization techniques, ensuring apps run smoothly across devices and OS versions.
  13. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
  14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  15. Strong teamwork skills, with a collaborative attitude towards working with cross-functional teams.
