Lead Application Project Manager

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our application development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assemble and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality applications on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  4. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in mobile application management, with a strong knowledge of mobile application technologies, preferably iOS and Android.
  • Expertise in Application Operations, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and methodologies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
