Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Executive to join our team. This role involves ensuring that all services meet the highest quality standards and client expectations, with a focus on Italian-speaking clientele.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Monitor and evaluate service quality across departments, analyzing feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct quality checks on service delivery, including tours, transfers, and accommodations, to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Audit files and operational processes to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking clients to clarify feedback and gather insights.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer care teams to ensure quality consistency.
• Prepare regular quality reports, summaries, and recommendations for management.
• Support training initiatives for staff based on identified gaps in service quality.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and customer expectations.
**Requirements:**
• Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in quality assurance or operations within the travel, hospitality, or customer service industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or quality audit tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
