As a key member of the payment systems team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of OmanNet, Payment Gateway/Payment Integrator, and Settlement & Dispute Management System. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance and monitoring of OmanNet, Payment Gateway/Payment Integrator, and Settlement & Dispute Management System.
  • Assisting in the onboarding, testing, and certification process for new entities and ongoing certifications for new products among existing entities.
  • Providing adequate support in incident management and reporting, as well as presenting audit/log reports.
  • Addressing day-to-day issues raised by local banks, PSPs, and GCCNET switches.
  • Ensuring nil/minimal disruption to running operations by supporting OmanNet during business and after-business hours.
  • Maintaining smooth operations of the Settlement and Dispute Management systems and supporting banks with queries.
  • Delivering clear, accurate, and timely reports to senior management.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners, banks, PSPs, merchants, and technology providers. Additionally, coordination with internal technical teams, IT teams, security teams, member banks, PSPs, and GCCNET switches for different support activities is required.
