About the Role

We are hiring a Jira Software Engineer to manage the Atlassian stack at Canonical, including administration, configuration, automation, and integration responsibilities. We expect the highest engineering quality, rigorous documentation practices, and effective stakeholder management abilities.

The role entails managing the entire Atlassian Cloud ecosystem at Canonical, designing, documenting, and implementing processes and automation in Jira, creating analytical dashboards to enable stakeholders make data-driven decisions, and working with engineering, operations, and support teams at a global scale.
