The Accounts Supervisor is an essential role that ensures the company's financial operations run smoothly. This position involves managing supplier invoices, petty cash, and preparing monthly reports, as well as supporting other finance and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supplier invoice verification and booking: ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Petty cash handling: managing small cash funds and reconciling the cash balance
• Monthly report preparation: compiling and generating financial reports for management review
• VAT accounting: recording transactions accurately and preparing VAT returns
• Other finance and accounting tasks: supporting internal audits, budgeting, record-keeping, policy updates, and departmental coordination
Requirements:
• Minimum 03 to 05 years of experience in Finance/Accounts Department (preferably Gulf experience)
• B.COM/M.COM/CA Inter/CMA Inter qualification
Benefits:
• OMR 350 to 450 salary range based on qualification/experience

- Accounting Operations: Maintaining financial accuracy and compliance through effective management of supplier invoices, petty cash, and monthly reports.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to management for informed decision-making.
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring accurate VAT transaction recording and timely submission of VAT returns.
- Internal Controls: Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls to prevent financial misstatements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
