An experienced Construction Manager is needed to oversee the construction of three bridges in Oman.

The project includes the construction of six High Balance Cantilever bridges, with piers ranging from 30 to 90 meters high.

The ideal candidate should possess a master's degree in Civil engineering and have at least eight years of commercial experience. Previous experience working in the Gulf region is beneficial.

Job Purpose:

To supervise the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise a team of engineers and contractors
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, identifying areas for improvement
  • Implement strategies to reduce costs and enhance productivity

Essential Requirements:

Strong technical expertise, effective leadership skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
