Mixology Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned bartender with expertise in mixology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various spirits, beers, and wines and be able to craft unique cocktails that delight our guests.

The bartender will be responsible for planning drink menus, selecting and mixing ingredients, and serving beverages and food in a sophisticated environment. To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create customized drink menus and recommend menu options to customers.
  • Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers.
  • Develop new cocktail recipes and experiment with different flavors and ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality regulations.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong task and time management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
