About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team at an Omani Company that specializes in EPC services for Oil & Gas Industries. The ideal candidate will have experience as a fitness instructor and training procedures courses, with a focus on lifting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver training programs related to cranes, forklifts, rigging, banksman, slinging, and heavy equipment.
  2. Conduct training sessions for trainees and other selected staff at the Training Institute, ensuring compliance with certification requirements.
  3. Provide feedback and support to trainees throughout the training process.

Requirements:

  • A level or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • A Train the Trainer certificate.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Training and Assessment (PTTLS or equivalent).
