Customer Service Role

We are looking for a skilled Bartender / Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and assisting with bar operations. They will work directly with customers to prepare and serve drinks according to their specifications, while also maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel operations and a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Responsibilities

* Mix and serve drinks to customers
* Verify age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
* Process payments and manage cash handling
* Clean and maintain the bar area
* Order supplies and manage inventory levels

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel operations is required. A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
