Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and winning impactful projects in the sustainability sector.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, with excellent English writing and communication skills. They will be able to work independently and remotely, and be results-oriented with the ability to work on a commission-only basis initially.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Business Development Specialist to make a meaningful contribution to sustainable development in Oman and the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in the sustainability sector.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Represent the organization professionally in meetings and communications.
  • Maintain pipeline tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development (sustainability field preferred).
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the Gulf/Omani development landscape is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Results-oriented and able to work on a commission-only basis initially.
