The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively in Nepali and possess a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Make reservations for guests at restaurants or events
  • Arrange transportation for guests as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

The role requires the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Nepali nationality preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Nepali, basic English is a plus
  • Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to work on weekends and holidays if needed
