Business Growth and Expansion Specialist

This role is responsible for driving business growth and expansion through effective administrative support, managing the club program, and building strong relationships with clients in Oman.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the team by providing administrative assistance, including filing, report generation, meeting preparation, and supply procurement.
- Ensures seamless communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through phone calls, meetings, and visitor support.
- Manages the club program, expanding the service provider network, and collects funds from garages while enrolling service providers in the program.
- Analyzes market data and conducts research to inform business decisions.
- Negotiates with new product suppliers and markets the company effectively.
- Collects and analyzes market data to drive business growth.
- Pursues research to deepen understanding of the business and its customers.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS TO DRIVE GROWTH AND EXPANSION.
- ARRANGES MEETINGS WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND SUPPORTS THE MANAGEMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDERS.
- HANDLES CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS EFFORTS IN GOVERNMENTAL OFFICES AND BANKS.
- ASSISTS WITH DIGITAL MEDIA ADVERTISING AND EVENT PLANNING TO ENHANCE SALES AND AWARENESS.
- MARKETS AND SECURES NEW ACCOUNTS FOR RSA PROGRAM AND RELATED ACTIVITIES.
- Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is crucial for commission eligibility.
- Commission is payable for sourced business and services presented to clients, with a 12-month commitment required.
- The officer is assigned specific clients for business development efforts.
