Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to the company by reviewing contracts and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Offer legal guidance on operational and business matters, ensuring that Omantel complies with laws and regulations.
- Supervise legal research and analysis tasks, offering guidance to junior lawyers and other team members in the legal department.
Qualifications:
- Law degree.
- Proven experience in contract review and negotiation.
