Sanitation Team Member

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to fill the role of Sanitation Team Member in our kitchen. As a Sanitation Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment throughout the entire kitchen area.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will be responsible for washing and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as restocking clean items in designated storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to ensure they are free from food residue and bacteria.
• Restock clean items in designated storage areas.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Clean up spills and broken glassware immediately to prevent accidents.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly manner.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Sanitation Team Member is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures is preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
