About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and identify existing clients' financial and banking needs.

  4. Provide efficient, friendly, professional, and high-quality service to customers based on their needs.
  5. Advise customers on investment opportunities and guide them through various banking products to meet their needs.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with a good understanding of customer segments, quality delivery, and a presentable manner.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
