Establishing New Brands

The company seeks an exceptional New Business Development leader with extensive experience in the Quick Service Restaurant sector, both domestically and internationally. This role involves identifying and onboarding new brands, driving growth, and expanding the company's brand portfolio.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that requires strategic planning, market analysis, partnership development, and operational expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of integrating new brands within the QSR sector and will possess excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Develop and execute long-term strategies for brand acquisition and integration
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team to identify, negotiate, and integrate new brands
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and directing the implementation of the annual business plan and targets for new business development. They will also oversee market research and analysis to identify potential brand opportunities and trends within the QSR industry.

The Strategic Growth Director will primarily be based in the company's headquarters and will need to travel when required to identify new opportunities and oversee brand integrations.
