ELV Systems Sales Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for selling a range of ELV equipment. The systems we offer include those for fleet administration, automatic number plate recognition, CCTV, access control, visitor management, intrusion detection, border security, radar, emergency alarms, public address systems, nurse call systems, IP intercom systems, guest room monitoring systems, and more.

Key responsibilities include meeting established sales targets, providing excellent customer service to existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals, understanding client needs and preferences to advise on the best solutions in terms of quality, cost, and delivery, preparing quotes, negotiating tender and contract terms, and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.

It is also essential to ensure a smooth 'After Sales' process by maintaining documentation and following up on client queries. Confidentiality of company information, including pricing, margins, and vendor details, must be maintained to protect our competitive advantage.
