About the Job

At Canonical, we are looking for a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage technical support cases from start to finish.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Linux systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to ensure shared knowledge and lessons learned are available to customers.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MIS.
  • Experience with system performance troubleshooting and Linux integration with other environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
