About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Implement sales plans and promote new products to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions and minimizing cash shortages and excesses.
  • Risk Management: Identify and report any suspicious transactions or potential risks, adhering to anti-money laundering regulations and maintaining a risk-free environment.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate branch staff, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service delivery and promoting a positive work culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 9 years of experience in banking operations, with 3-4 years as a Branch Manager.
