About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Orthopedics Spine Products Specialist.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the orthopedic industry and its products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, including surgeons and healthcare professionals, to promote assigned products and achieve sales goals.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Orthopedics Spine products and their applications to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the orthopedic industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
