**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced ERM System Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management system integrated with our existing ERP (SAP).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational risk management strategies.

This role requires collaboration with IT and business units to integrate the ERM solution with SAP and other existing systems.

Key responsibilities include facilitating software acquisition and licensing agreements, configuring system functionalities, user access controls, and workflows to align with business risk processes.

In addition, the successful candidate will develop and execute data migration plans, conduct user training programs, and perform system testing and troubleshooting.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Risk Management, or a related field, and minimum 5 years of experience in ERM system implementation.

Prior experience with AI-driven risk management tools and certifications in risk management, SAP, or project management are preferred qualifications.

The selected candidate will work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in ERM system implementation, preferably integrated with ERP (SAP).
  3. Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance, and governance processes.

  5. Proficiency in project management methodologies and software deployment.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
