Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. This individual will also collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.

Main Responsibilities

1. Create and implement new pastry recipes to enhance the menu offerings.
2. Work closely with the culinary team to ensure that all baked goods meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
3. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation principles and food safety guidelines.
4. Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
