Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Taxation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) related processes and tax transactions.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and ensure timely completion of SPV audits in accordance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
  2. Review SPV financial reports periodically and clarify discrepancies with team members to ensure accuracy.
  3. Coordinate SPV board meetings to comply with company policies.
  4. Oversee SPV bank transactions, ensuring optimal cash balances in collaboration with the Treasury department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
  • CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or CMA certification is desirable.
  • 8-10 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
