Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to blueprints or instructions from supervisors
  • Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
  • Build scaffolding and other temporary structures as needed
  • Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Good mathematical skills for measuring and calculating materials needed for projects
  • Physical stamina and strength to handle tools and materials safely
  • Own visa or ability to obtain one in a timely manner (if non-national)
