Front Office Team Lead

This role is responsible for overseeing the Front Office team to ensure seamless and personalized guest experiences.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • We are seeking a highly organized individual who can coordinate with IT and Operations teams for PMS setup, front desk design, and back-of-house systems.
  • This role requires the ability to develop and implement effective budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting strategies.

The Front Office Team Lead will be instrumental in delivering high-quality service, including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front Office team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of improving team performance and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
