Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Site Manager.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating and maintaining heavy equipment, with a strong background in training and technical skills.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a high level of expertise in earthmoving equipment, mining machinery, and construction tools.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining a range of equipment, including excavators, dozers, dumpers, wheel loaders, motor graders, pavers, tandem rollers, and crushers.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior staff members
  • Maintaining a high level of safety standards on site
  • Ensuring efficient operation of equipment and minimizing downtime
  • Training and developing staff to improve performance and productivity
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve project goals

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A degree with 15 years of experience or a diploma with 20 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of engines, transmission, hydraulic and electrical circuits, and hydraulic components
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with a range of heavy equipment brands, including Komatsu, CAT, Hitachi, Volvo, Sany, Hyundai, Kobelco, XCMG, Doosan, JCB, Liebherr, Metso, Schwing Stetter, Wirtgen, Bomag, and Vogele
