Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent role is a dynamic opportunity to provide exceptional guest service and support the smooth operation of our hotel.

  • This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized interactions from arrival to departure.
  • Conduct room familiarization and assist guests with hotel activity inquiries/requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information, local services, and events to respond to guest queries.
  • Administer front desk cashiering standards, comply with established systems and policies, and ensure accurate processing of payments.
  • Process accounts from check-in to check-out, maintaining accurate records of incidental charges.
  • Maintain awareness of guest profiles through Opera PMS guest history and update accordingly for future reference.
  • Deal with guest complaints and compliments efficiently, following through on actions taken.
  • Provide helpful telephone service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of front office equipment and its operation.
  • Elicit guest feedback and preferences regarding hotel services, taking action to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Regularly check the reception area to ensure it operates efficiently and safely.
