Civil Site Lead

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Lead to oversee construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications on-site.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and quality checks.
  • Review blueprints, drawings, and BOQs for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and resources.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports and progress updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in site engineering, preferably in the GCC region.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MS Project, or Primavera.
  • Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and QA/QC processes.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and GIS data.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
