Dishroom Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our busy kitchen team at Abroad Work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom, including washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using an industrial dishwasher.

Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using an industrial dishwasher
- Ensure all items are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Organize and stack clean dishes in designated storage areas
- Empty and clean trash bins
- Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Assist with basic food preparation as needed

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant or hotel setting is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and bend or stoop as needed
