We are looking for a skilled General Maintenance Professional to join our team at Nour Arjaan by Rotana. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our properties.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or training in general maintenance works and previous experience in the plumbing, carpentry, painting, or electrical field. A good command of English is essential, as well as the ability to find faults and rectify systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Repairing and replacing tiles, floors, and walls
2. Performing general repairs to block work walls
3. Fixing damaged shelving and furniture
4. Carrying out general painting works
5. Conducting plumbing repairs and silicon sealant replacements
6. Repairing and replacing broken windows, doors, and locks

• Diploma or training in general maintenance works
• Previous experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, or electrical field
• Good command of English
• Ability to find faults and rectify systems
