Construction Project Executive

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Executive to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish, developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required standards and quality expectations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • To lead and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • To develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • To ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and quality expectations
  • To collaborate with the management team to establish project objectives and goals
  • To perform site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues
  • To communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • To manage and mitigate project risks and conflicts
  • To maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and performance metrics

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in Oman
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Ms Projects, Primavera, and other relevant software
  • Fluent English language skills
