Role Description:

The Petroleum Well Professional is a senior member of our drilling operations team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of well activities on allocated rigs.

This highly specialized role requires expertise in drilling engineering, project management, and oilfield operations. The successful candidate will lead complex, high-profile, high-risk, and high-cost rig activities, supporting single or multi-rig operations to deliver wells within planned time, cost, and HSE targets.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development of drilling, intervention, and completion programs, ensuring they meet project objectives and safety standards.
  • Manage and maintain service contracts, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct regular audits and provide reports on drilling operations and processes.
