Digital Transformation Leader

The role of Digital Transformation Lead is to drive the bank's innovation agenda and lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and Lead Innovation Agenda: Ensure alignment with corporate strategy and long-term objectives by integrating emerging financial technologies and scalable business models.
- Develop Enterprise-Wide Innovation Framework: Embed design thinking methodologies to drive problem-solving, user-centric solutions, and a data-driven approach to digital transformation.
- Foster an Innovative Culture: Embed best practices across all business units and drive a structured approach to ideation and execution.
- Establish Key Innovation Programs: Ensure successful integration into core banking operations.
- Advise Executive Leadership: Advocate for forward-thinking policies and strategic investments in innovation.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of financial services, emerging technologies, and regulatory frameworks in the banking industry. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of leading large-scale innovation initiatives and integrating transformative business models.
Qualifications and Experience:- A Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field is required. A Master's degree is highly desirable.
- At least 8 years of commercial banking experience, including at least 3 years leading an innovation management or digital transformation team.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-impact results.
