We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead our team in managing and directing the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate effectively with the construction team to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  2. Monitor progress through regular meetings, site walkthroughs, and inspections to maintain alignment with the construction schedule.
  3. Ensure activities adhere to established quality procedures, HSE codes, and industry standards.
  4. Oversee output from detailed design through commissioning and startup to guarantee project scope and schedule clarity.
  5. Approve all construction-related documents, drawings, method statements, plans, and procedures.
  6. Report regularly to management, providing project status and addressing concerns, while resolving construction issues related to contractors and monitoring their performance.
  7. Interface with other departments such as Engineering, QA/QC, HSSE, Commissioning, and Operations.
  8. Verify completion of milestone activities for payment certification.
  9. Attend and conduct meetings internally and with contractors as necessary.
  10. Maintain constructability, assembly, and utilization of construction techniques throughout the project lifecycle.
  11. Manage mechanical completion and ensure timely project handover and milestone achievement.
  12. Develop the construction team through on-the-job training and participation in their development plans.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. 10-15 years of experience required.
