As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of employees in a dynamic work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular health assessments and screenings to identify potential workplace risks.

You will be responsible for monitoring workers' health in relation to these risks, tracking and maintaining records of employee health data in accordance with regulatory requirements. In the event of workplace injuries or sudden illnesses, you will provide first aid and emergency care, assessing and managing minor injuries and coordinating with medical professionals for treatment or referrals as needed.

Your expertise in health and safety regulations will ensure that the workplace complies with occupational health and safety standards. You will also promote mental well-being and resilience among employees through programs and workshops, providing support for those experiencing work-related stress or mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
