• Prepare Financial Reports: Develop and maintain accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage Cash Flow: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collection while maintaining efficient cash flow.
• Conduct Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings, providing actionable insights to management.
• Support Audits: Provide necessary documentation and address audit inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency.
• Continuously Improve Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting function to enhance productivity.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is an asset for advanced understanding.
• Professional Certifications: Possess professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the accounting profession.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate environment or specific industry.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented mindset, exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
