Security Director

Hafeet Rail seeks a seasoned professional to oversee all security operations across its construction sites, personnel, assets, infrastructure, and cargo. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of international security regulations, best practices, and UAE/Oman security laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Comprehensive Security Policies: Create, implement, and maintain robust security policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local laws and international standards.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct regular security risk assessments across Hafeet Rail construction sites and operations. Identify vulnerabilities and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize security risks.
• Incident Management: Oversee and manage security incidents, including reporting, investigation, and resolution. Ensure swift and effective response to security breaches and emergencies.
• Coordination with Law Enforcement: Serve as the primary liaison with local/national law enforcement agencies, fostering collaborative efforts in protecting railway constructions and operations.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in security management or a related field, accompanied by 8+ years of experience in security management, preferably within the transportation/infrastructure/rail industries.
