Job Title: Learning & Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering learning programs that meet the needs of our diverse audience.

Key Accountabilities

• To design and deliver learning programs that are engaging, interactive and effective in achieving organisational objectives
• To conduct training needs analysis and develop strategies to address gaps in employee skills and knowledge
• To collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop programmes that meet those needs
• To evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• Minimum 5-6 years of progressive experience in learning and development
• Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
