Job Description

As a Structural MIG cum Arc Welder at Reliance Engineering Services LLC, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting and preparing tools and materials, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Measure, cut, and drill materials according to project specifications.
  2. Test the strength of welds after each has been made.
  3. Assist in maintaining inventory and the cleanliness of the shop.
  4. Follow all relevant safety procedures and protocols.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of formal MIG welding training or a MIG welder apprenticeship.
  • Familiarity with commonly used MIG welding tools, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
