**Job Summary:**

As a Product Owner (QHSE), you will play a key role in defining and prioritizing the product backlog for our QHSE software development projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure timely delivery of products that meet business goals and customer needs.

**Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision & Roadmap:
2. Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features.
3. Product Backlog Management:
4. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives.
5. Product Innovation:
6. Perform gap analysis, reverse engineering, or benchmarking as part of product R&D, discovery, or exploration.
7. Requirements Elicitation & Design:
8. Work with stakeholders and teams to gather and clarify requirements. Define processes, business process mapping (BPM), modeling, analysis, and documentation of core business processes (As-is & To-be).
9. Solution Design and Tracking:
10. Perform solid prototyping/wireframing to visualize working design prior to development. Transform requirements into well-organized documents such as requirement traceability matrix for better visibility and tracking.
11. Prioritization:
12. Prioritize features and user stories based on customer needs and technical feasibility.
13. Collaboration:
14. Partner with developers, designers, and stakeholders to align efforts throughout the development lifecycle.
15. Stakeholder Management:
16. Communicate progress, manage expectations, and facilitate feedback sessions.
17. Quality Assurance:
18. Ensure products meet quality standards through demos, testing, and feedback.
19. Metrics and Reporting:
20. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
2. Domain: QHSE domain knowledge is mandatory.
3. Experience: 5+ years proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
4. Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification required/preferred or any other similar certification.
5. Backlog Management: Strong experience in backlog management and stakeholder communication.
6. Jira Expertise: Proficiency in using Jira for backlog management and reporting.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
