Executive Secretary to CEO in Gulf

Eureka (Pvt) Ltd, Oman is seeking an Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and coordinate activities to ensure smooth execution of management objectives.
  2. Assist the CEO in all matters related to office administration, correspondence, and documentation.
  3. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
