We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our Cementing team, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience working with cementing technology. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our operations teams, sales staff, and clients, as well as developing and implementing solutions to meet client needs.

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 7 years of experience in cementing. You should also have experience leading a team and working with PDO (Petroleum Development Oman). Previous experience with Baker Hughes products and software such as CemVision and CemFACTS is advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to make a real difference in our business. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for post-sales support of customer issues, including repairs, technical support, or field services.

You will develop an operational yearly plan and suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service to our customers and contribute to the success of our team.

• Providing technical expertise and guidance to Operations Teams, Sales, and clients.
• Developing and implementing solutions to meet client needs.
• Managing and coordinating the introduction of new technologies.
• Collaborating with AMO Teams to troubleshoot equipment and ensure smooth operations.
