Vehicle Maintenance Technician

This position involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on military and commercial vehicles. As a skilled technician, you will be responsible for inspecting vehicles, identifying issues, and implementing necessary repairs.

Key responsibilities include conducting technical inspections, repairing or replacing parts, and realigning systems to ensure optimal vehicle performance.

Additional duties may include troubleshooting electrical systems, calibrating equipment, and completing maintenance forms to document work performed.

Preferred candidates possess experience working with heavy/specialist vehicles and have formal technical training, such as an apprenticeship.

Travel is required, both domestically and internationally.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Able to read technical orders and comprehend detailed instructions.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
  • Required to operate material handling equipment and light to heavy military type vehicles.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years heavy/specialist vehicle mechanic experience required.
  • Evidence of formal technical training, preferably an apprenticeship required.
  • Physically capable of performing all required duties, capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.
