Treat Cafe Manager

As a key member of our team, the Treat Cafe Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our cafe operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This position involves:

  1. Overseeing daily cafe operations, including staff scheduling and training.
  2. Collaborating with vendors to source high-quality supplies.
  3. Maintaining accurate financial records and monitoring revenue growth.
  4. Developing new menu items that cater to seasonal demands and customer preferences.
  5. Fostering positive relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  6. Ensuring a clean and safe environment by adhering to hotel brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management and Training
  • Supply Sourcing and Financial Monitoring
  • Cleanliness and Customer Service
  • Menu Planning and Hotel Standards
Requirements:
  • A degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Barista Manager in a 4-5 star hotel.
  • Fluency in English (spoken, reading, writing) is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Micros operating systems are required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
