Job Description:
  • Delve into the realm of cloud infrastructure and data center technologies, driving innovation and growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new customers, introducing them to our comprehensive portfolio of products and support processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored engagement plans that cater to customer objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks in coordination with Sales.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with exposure to projects related to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, and IoT.
  • Excellent presentation skills, enabling effective communication about complex software solutions.
  • A proven track record of building and improving internal processes while maintaining timely delivery to customer-related projects.
