About The Job
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Food and Beverage team at Mandarin Oriental Muscat. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring seamless delivery of food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • To follow production sequences of all beverage products and bar service.
  • To achieve service and product delivery standards with a focus on client care.
  • To set up and operate bar stations/sections efficiently.
  • To provide services for guests, including taking orders and promoting food and beverage offerings.
  • To recommend wine and creative cocktail choices for guests.
  • To coordinate the efficient and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • To report and follow up on maintenance defaults affecting service delivery.
  • To respond proactively to guest queries and communicate effectively.
